Following a lavish breakfast on the terrace of Mena House, with its unparalleled view of the Giza Plateau, we will walk the way of the Ancients under the shadows of the 3 Giza pyramids, Khufu, Khafre & Menkaure, relish in lectures on Egyptology and enter into the belly of Khafre pyramid and see the great sphinx. We will take our lunch at the Blue Lotus Guesthouse, renowned amongst locals for excellent homemade cuisine, where we can rest and smell the lotuses, then take a stroll alongside the fields of Saqqara, the place where the black and red lands of ancient Egypt meet.
After lunch, we’ll visit the extraordinary necropolis at Saqqara. Enter into the mysterious underground galleries of the Serapeum and spend time in heart of the Step Pyramid of Djoser; recently opened to the public after completion of a 50-year renovation project. Afterwards, returning to Marriott Mena House, Cairo for a leisurely dinner then to relax and pack for our flight the following day.
After another lovely breakfast you will be checking out to visit the Grand Egyptian museum, where you will be able to see the amazing artifacts of ancient Egypt, after that you will visit the Islamic Cairo before taking your lunch at a local restaurant in Khan El Khalili Bazaar.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel, our first destination awaits: the fascinating Mountain of the Dead. Although not as widely known, this necropolis from the 26th Dynasty is truly remarkable and will captivate your imagination. Next, we will visit the Oracle Temple, renowned for its mystical powers. Additionally, we will explore the Amun Temple and Cleopatra Spring, both of which hold historical and cultural significance. Our next stop will be the serene and picturesque Salt Lake. Here, the crew will set up a specially designated camp exclusively for our group, providing a tranquil space for relaxation, tea time, and swimming. A private area will be chosen and reserved solely for our use. Furthermore, a tent will be arranged for you to change clothes and take a refreshing shower after enjoying a swim in the lake.
For dinner, we will venture to another eco lodge where we will have the opportunity to swim in a relaxing hot spring. This unique and rejuvenating experience will be the perfect way to wind down after an eventful day in Siwa Oasis.
