Welcome to Australia! At the Adelaide Airport, you will be met by an airport representative as you exit the aircraft to escort you through fast track immigration, assist in collecting your luggage and customs procedures. After exiting into the arrivals hall, you'll be escorted to board your next flight.

Flinders Ranges

Arkaba is located in the heart of the Flinders Ranges, a breathtakingly beautiful region in South Australia. This remote and rugged landscape is characterized by its dramatic mountain ranges, expansive plains, and rich red earth. The area around Arkaba is renowned for its unique geological formations, including the iconic Wilpena Pound, a natural amphitheater of towering rock walls. - Aboriginal culture: Immerse in Adnyamathanha culture with a local guide and connect to the stories of the First Nations people who have long looked after the landscape and wildlife of Ikara-Flinders Ranges.

- 4WD safari: Day trip into neighboring Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park and drive through the Brachina and Bunyeroo Gorges, visiting the old mining town of Blinman and lunch at an outback pub hotel.

From Adelaide, you'll board a plane to the regional airport, Alice Springs, in Northern Territory. From Alice Springs, you'll take connect to Uluru's Connellan Airport.

Today you'll take a private road transfer back to the Adelaide Airport.

Upon arrival into Connellan Airport, you'll be greeted by a representative and taken to a vehicle where you'll be transferred to your accommodation for the next three nights, Longitude 131°.

You'll board your first flight to Alice Springs Airport, then connect to Darwin Airport, and take a private flight to the Bamurru airstrip.

Located near the western edge of Kakadu National Park in the Northern Territory, this remote and untouched region is characterized by vast floodplains, savannah woodlands, and meandering river systems. - Airboat tour: A trip out on the floodplain of the Mary River catchment in an airboat is an exhilarating way to experience this natural environment.

- 4WD safaris: With the recession of the waters from much of the floodplain in the dry season, the plains become accessible to 4WD vehicles and an afternoon out with one of the guides will provide a unique insight to this fragile yet very important environment.

- Bird watching: The Mary River catchment is home to some 236 species of birds, many of which congregates in extraordinary numbers rarely seen elsewhere in Australia.

Bamurru Plains is an all-inclusive safari style experience where all your meals and drinks are taken care of. - Get behind the wheel of an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) exploring boulder-strewn creeks, navigating outback tracks before resting at the picturesque south end of Mount Mulligan to delight in a chef-prepared gourmet picnic.

- Stand-up paddle board: Enjoy some light exercise whilst taking in the scenery on the weir. You might even be lucky enough to sight a platypus.

- Head up to the Mt Mulligan Lodge Sunset Bar and enjoy a sun-downer as you watch the ever changing moods of the Mount Mulligan escarpment.

Arkaba Homestead is an oasis of comfort and style amidst a harsh and rugged landscape. The original layout of 1850s’ homestead has been retained, delightfully making all of the five guestrooms unique.
